I was fortunate enough to actually win a 20 person catering order from one of the giveaways 805 Quesa Birria had & it couldn't have come at a more perfect time when we were trying to figure out what to do for our kids birthday. We've had the tacos prior as somewhat regulars (especially while I was pregnant haha) but it was SO gooood in the comfort of your home! Let me tell you- communication from the jump was 100% spot on! You'd think because you won something, you'd loose communication- but NOPE! We chose to add on to the package & not only was everything ABSOLUTELY incredible but the service was so friendly & very attentive to asking what you needed/wanted! They came in, set EVERYTHING up, I mean EVERYTHING! Everyone at the party went in for 2nds and 3rds, and we all basically had to roll into the house afterwards haha! Aside from the tacos the elote cups with hot Cheetos are my JAM- I think I had like 8- no lie ! 10/10 recommend for your parties, weddings, graduations, or just straight from their pop ups! We booked 805 Quesa Birria Tacos for my kid's birthday party. Everything about the experience was great. From the initial booking communication to the friendly guys arriving on time and setting up and serving, we were impressed with their level of customer service and kindness. The food! It was all so good. Amazing birria tacos. The beef was so tender and flavorful. The salsas, chips, rice and beans and drinks (horchata and jamaica) were also very good and fresh. Plates, cups, napkins, and spoons were provided which was so nice for us as hosts to not have to worry about. All guests were raving and many went back for seconds. We will absolutely book them again for future events. Highly recommend!

We hired 805 Quesa Birria Tacos for a 60th birthday celebration & all we can say is wow, the food was so delicious, so many of our guests raved about it. It was a pleasure coordinating the menu with Fernando, he is such a professional who goes above and beyond. I wish he had a location that you could visit anytime you wanted the best Birria tacos & sides. His staff also was very friendly & professional. I recommend everyone who wants the best catered food to hire this company.
